Who runs it
Dungeon Keeper is a Discord bot run by the operator of the Discord server it is installed in (“the server operator”), for that server’s own community. It is not a commercial service and nothing is sold through it.
The rules you already agreed to
Using the bot is using Discord, so Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines apply, along with the rules of the server you use it in. The bot’s features are moderated under those server rules, and the server’s moderators may limit or remove your access to a feature that is being misused.
You must meet Discord’s minimum age to use the bot at all, and the age the server itself requires to join. Features the bot offers only in age-restricted channels follow Discord’s own age gate on those channels.
Your data
What the bot stores, why, how long it is kept and how to have it deleted is set out in the Privacy Policy.
No warranty
The bot is provided as it is, without any promise that it will be available, correct or free of faults. In-server coins, items, levels and game results have no money value and cannot be exchanged for anything outside the server.
Changes and removal
The server operator may change the bot’s features, or remove the bot from the server, at any time. The server operator may also delete the data the bot holds, subject to what the Privacy Policy says about what is kept and why. These terms may change too; the date at the top says when they last did.
